Delivery & Returns 

As all tubs are handmade individually, all orders are processed in 5 business days. Delays may occur during peak season. The estimated delivery time of your order depends on the shipping method that you choose during checkout.

You will receive an email when you order is dispatched. If you don’t receive your order at the estimated time, it could mean either your order is delayed or is lost. Please reach out at: and we will help resolve any queries.

Due to hygiene reasons, Ocean Lube cannot be returned unless it’s damaged in transit. To be eligible for a return, your order MUST be unused and in all its original packaging. Please notify us as soon as possible if you receive a damaged item. You have 14 days to notify us of your return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer any refunds.

To complete your return, we require your order number/proof of purchase and images of your item/s. Please email us at, we will provide you with our return address and assist with providing a refund/replacement.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
